Our story began in Damascus, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities, where sweet-making has long been woven into the city’s culture and hospitality.
In Al-Midan, Deeb bin Muhammad Kweider (1860–1951) laid the foundations of the family craft. Passed through generations, the Kweider name was formally established in 1969 — carrying authentic Damascene tradition forward.
